Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (3-pc, ensuite to master bedroom), Bathroom 2 (3-pc) plus WC on ground floor. Living Room: Large living room which was the saloon bar of the pub! Dining area, sitting area, office corner and a piano. Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 5). Rooftop: Large roof garden with barbeque, garden table & chairs. Parking: 1 Parking space at the side of the house. Practical: Washing machine with dryer function. Vacuum cleaner and other cleaning materials available. Trash bins across the street.

Age Probably 120 years old, converted from a pub to a townhouse in 1990's. The facade still has the look of an authentic London pub. Character: The inside is modern, but we still have some original features: e.g. the pub sign and the trap-doors & barrel-lift for the beer. Equipment: Very comfortably equipped with home theatre system, wooden floors, a mini-kitchen in the roof garden for entertaining, etc.
